We are delighted to tell you that the club has secured grant funding from the SRU, Sport Scotland and East Ayrshire Council to build four new changing rooms. To secure this funding, the club needs to make our own financial contribution to the overall cost of the project. We are launching fundraising options to ensure the club raise the required amount, £40,000 to make this project a reality. There are three ways to donate:

£150 for 150

As it is our 150th anniversary we are asking that individuals donate £150 to the project. Our immediate target is for 150 people to donate, this would give us £22,500. You will be able to donate in a lump sum or in monthly instalments. £150 Donors will have their name – or the name of anyone they propose – displayed on a history board within the new facility.

BUSINESS DONATIONS FOR CHANGING ROOM

We are also offering businesses and/or individuals the opportunity to donate £5,000 per dressing room in return for having the room named after them in recognition of their generosity. This will help us raise a further £20,000 towards our goal.

OTHER DONATIONS

We appreciate that not everyone can donate the amounts suggested above. However, individuals and businesses that are interested in contributing in some way are welcome to donate what they can.

The easiest way to donate is to use the fundraising product set up in Pitchero. Using this you can either pay in instalments or pay as a lump sum. Alternatively you can use this Gift Aid Donation Form and complete as per the instructions.
