The KRFC Ladies train at Kilmarnock Rugby Football Club

All Ladies are welcome

Monday night:-
S & C Session:- 7.00pm to 8.00pm,
Training:- 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Wednesday night:-
Training:- 6.30pm to 8.00pm

All new players welcome, please feel free to turn up at a training session. Minimum kit requirement is Gumshield and rugby boots
