Annual Membership Types and Prices

• Seniors (1XV and 2XV) – £180
• Social Player (3XV) and U18s – £150
• Midi (U13s to U16s) – £100
• Micro/Mini (P1 to P7) – £80
• Supporter – £60
• Function Hall Hire – £60

Rolling Membership

In response to feedback from members, we have introduced a rolling membership option.

Rolling membership costs £20 per month and is not tied to the rugby season. Payment will be collected every month until you cancel the membership.

Paying by Instalments

All annual memberships, except Supporter and Function Hall Hire memberships, can be paid by instalments.

Choosing to pay by instalments adds £20 to the total membership cost. This covers the cost of providing the instalment option.

The number of instalments available depends on when the membership is purchased:

• July – 7 instalments
• August – 6 instalments
• September – 5 instalments
• October – 4 instalments
• November – 3 instalments
• December – 2 instalments

Example: Midi Membership

A Midi Membership costs £100. With the £20 instalment fee added, the total payable is £120.

• Purchased in July – approximately £17 per month for 7 months
• Purchased in August – £20 per month for 6 months
• Purchased in September – £24 per month for 5 months
• Purchased in October – £30 per month for 4 months
• Purchased in November – £40 per month for 3 months
• Purchased in December – £60 per month for 2 months

This payment schedule was agreed at the AGM in June 2026. Figures may be rounded for simplicity.

Important Information for Existing Members

You must purchase a new membership for the 2026/27 season. No further payments are being collected for 2025/26 seasonal memberships.

LoveAdmin, which we have used for the past two seasons, has now rebranded as Thrive4.

If you are a returning member, Thrive4 will use the payment details you provided last season.

To change your payment method, go to:

My Account → Settings → Payment Settings

Remove the existing payment method before adding your new details.
