Kilmarnock RFC is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of David Bonellie, a past president and longstanding member of the club.

David was president for two stints, the first was 1998-2000 and returning in 2004. David played an important role on the committee through a challenging period of change for the club helping to ensure the clubs future.

The club’s thoughts are with his wife Joyce, daughters Fiona and Jayne, family, friends, and colleagues at this difficult time.

David’s funeral service will be held this Thursday 5th February 2026 at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn. Service starts at 10.15am.
