A fantastic milestone for Kilmarnock Rugby Football Club as our first ever Ladies 1XV took to the pitch at Bellsland for their very first game against Cumnock RFC

As the first female President of Kilmarnock Rugby Football Club it was an especially proud moment for me to see our first Ladies team take to the field. It’s a great reflection of how the Club continues to grow and develop and I hope this is just the start of an exciting future for women’s rugby at Bellsland

A huge thank you to our coaches for all the time, effort and commitment they have put in behind the scenes to make this happen. Building a new team takes a lot of hard work and it was brilliant to finally see the ladies pull on the Kilmarnock jersey and take to the pitch together

We are really looking forward to watching the team develop, grow and progress throughout the upcoming Season
