"Both boys have tremendous ability and both have a great work ethic. They have been and will continue to benefit from playing 1st XV rugby learning their trade in match situations as well as working on the individual areas of development that we have identified. There is no doubt that both Blair and Darcy can go far in the game and Kilmarnock RFC will do what it can to support both boys.Being selected for Scotland is just rewards for their efforts both on and off the field"
