This year on Saturday 30th May from 1pm we will once again be hosting the KRFC Club Day and Prizegiving
On the day we will be holding a prizegiving for the Youth Section of the club (P1 to U16s), along with presenting the Doc Mills Trophy. This trophy was gifted to the club by the family of Richard “Doc” Mills in his memory and is awarded annually to the person who has made the greatest contribution to the club’s junior section during the season. It was first won by Chrys Howe and last year by Graham Aitken.
Anyone is eligible for this award and we invite nominations from all members including junior members for the person they feel deserves to receive the trophy.
Please send your nomination along with a few words explaining why the individual should be recognised. We ask that you don’t just submit a name. We need to understand their contribution and what makes them stand out. All nominations should be sent to Claire Provan (mailto:claire@plan-it-architecture.co.uk)) by 5pm on Wednesday 27th May
On the day we will also be hosting a touch rugby tournament for everyone along with a BBQ, kit swap, and raffle
If you would like to donate unwanted kit, raffle prizes or help out on the day then please get in touch.
Tickets are £2 per person (everyone attending requires a ticket) and can be purchased from Claire (President), Shona (Midi Convenor), or Jane (Bar Manager).
Itinerary for the day:-
