The youth section (Micros to Under 16s), along with their family and friends, are invited to take part in series of rugby activities and games, including touch rugby, rugby rounder’s, dodge ball and for a bit of fun at the end (weather permitting) – we plan to have a huuuuuuuge water fight.

Alongside this, there will be face painting (no charge), a tuck shop, further stalls and hot food for sale from our BBQ throughout the day.

Everyone who takes part and gets involved in the activities will receive a token, which will entitle them to a free burger and bottle of water…although I am sure you will not need any extra encouragement!

After the fun and games, the seniors hope to continue their preparations with a match at 3pm, and we would actively encourage you to stay and enjoy the game while you munch your burger, or enjoy a refreshment or two from the bar!

Our RBS RugbyForce day is the perfect opportunity for both old and new members to come along to the club, enjoy some fun together and get involved in supporting your local rugby club.

With coaches and committee members on hand throughout the day, it is also the perfect opportunity to ask those burning questions or perhaps offer some support.
All we need now is a return to some sunshine - hope to see you all there.
