The club have appointed Callum Harrison as Development Officer. The development officer role is co-funded by the SRU and East Ayrshire in partnership with Kilmarnock RFC.

Callum comes to the club with a strong rugby background as both a coach and player. Callum has worked with children at various ages at Inverclyde Primary School and Greenock Wanderers Academy from 2012. Callum recently was helping deliver the "be the you can be" focussing on growing female participation in rugby at all levels.

Callum's key objective for the year will be ensuring we retain our newly earned T3 status. Other objectives is growing the participation numbers at all ages groups and also for women's rugby within the club.
